My name is Bram van der Pluijm, I am a certified equine dental technician and experienced show jumper. From my many years of experience in show jumping, I know better than anyone how important a healthy horse's mouth is for comfort, performance, and the well-being of the horse.

From an early age, I was surrounded by horses and ponies, and as a young boy I competed in competitions with various ponies. In addition to being a equine dental technician, I also run a small-scale sports stable, so as an athlete I know how important the health of a horse's mouth is. A horse that feels comfortable in its mouth can perform better, is more relaxed in the contact, and simply feels better about itself. After all, the horse's mouth is an important means of communication between rider and horse. In addition, a healthy mouth is extremely important for the horse's digestion. A horse must be able to digest its food properly to be in top condition, and without healthy teeth, there is no horse. That knowledge and my love for horses led me to specialize in dental care.

What makes this work so wonderful for me? That I can really help horses and their owners. No two horses are the same, which makes every appointment unique. I take the time to approach the horse calmly, explain what I am doing, always let the owner watch and feel what I am doing, and make sure that both horse and owner leave the appointment feeling good.
